At present,the third generation of payment based on smart terminals and mobile networks is surging,The stage of change,and gradually mature and perfect.In the face of the rapid development of third-party payment services,related companies that use third-party payment as their main business must have a scientific performance appraisal system that meets the actual situation of the enterprise,thereby optimizing the human resource management system of the enterprise and mobilizing the internal enterprise.The enthusiasm of employees will further create more value for the company and ultimately promote the healthy and stable development of the company.This paper takes LKL Xinjiang Branch as the research object,and analyzes and evaluates the company's organizational structure,personnel distribution and employee's working conditions,and finds out the defects of the company's performance appraisal system.At the same time,using the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators(KPI),the performance appraisal system of LKL Xinjiang Branch was redesigned and optimized.In order to ensure that the redesigned performance appraisal system can be implemented smoothly in the company,it also has established supporting measures.Formulating a reasonable performance appraisal system is a necessary condition to ensure the company's steady development.The performance appraisal system can implement the company's strategic development goals and implement them in every employee.It can fully mobilize the employees' work enthusiasm and increase their sense of belonging and identity.At the same time,the strict implementation of the performance appraisal system can also make the employees who are not serious about the work correct attitude,which is conducive to the company to provide targeted guidance to these employees,improve their work ability,and thus improve the overall performance.By improving the performance appraisal level of LKL Xinjiang Branch,this paper enhances the company's human resource management level,which is conducive to enhancing the operational capability of enterprises in a highly competitive environment.It also provides a reference for corporate performance appraisal in the same industry.
