Hubei Province Artist Returned Entrepreneurship Questions Under Country Revitalization Strategy Research

The 19 th National Congress of the Party made a major decision to "implement the rural revitalization strategy." At the same time,Hubei Province also proposed to vigorously implement the "three townships" project,that is,to promote citizens to go to the countryside,to return home,and to promote enterprises.Attracting successful workers such as foreign workers to return home to start a business is not only conducive to industrial revitalization,but also to the revitalization of talents.Moreover,through the practice of recent years,Hubei province has become an important way to develop county economy,absorb surplus rural labor force,promote the local transfer of surplus rural labor force and promote beautiful rural construction.But at the same time,many talented people face some difficulties and obstacles in the process of returning home to start their own businesses.In view of this,we will study the basic situation of people who can return home to start their own businesses,the various demands in starting their own businesses,and the difficulties they face in starting their own businesses.This is of great significance for advancing the implementation of the "Sanxiang" project and effectively promoting the revitalization of Hubei villages and regional economic development.Based on adhering to the problem orientation,this paper carried out a systematic inquiry into the problem of home entrepreneurship based on the microdata survey in six areas including xiantao,tianmen,zhongxiang,jingshan,dawu and huangpi districts of Wuhan province.This thesis consists of six parts: The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,literature review and review,as well as research content and research methods.The second part is the core concept and basic theory.First of all,the core concepts such as "Sanxiang" project,ability to return home,and entrepreneurship are explained.Secondly,it summarizes and combs the theories about labor mobility and entrepreneurship.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of Hubei province.It mainly introduces the sample and scope of the survey,the basic characteristics of the ability to return home,the situation of work before returning home,and the status of entrepreneurial enterprises after returning home.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the main reasons that affect the ability to return home to start a business.In particular,this article discusses the main factors that can be returned home from eight aspects.The fifth part is mainly to discuss the main difficulties that can be returned home to start a business.The combination of factor analysis and Logic analysis is used to analyze the dilemma affecting the ability of people to return home to start their own business.The sixth part is conclusions and policy recommendations.Through the research,it is found that: First,the basic characteristics of "able people" returning home have strong differences.Among the people who can return to their hometowns,there are more people who have left their hometowns early,went out to work,started businesses,dared to fight,and had a certain level of knowledge.The largest proportion of entrepreneurs is from 41 to 50,reflecting the need for "capable people" to experience all aspects of discipline.Second,the enterprises that can be set up by returning home have strong heterogeneity.In the establishment of enterprises,the tertiary industry is the majority,followed by the secondary industry,and finally the primary industry.Corporate funding channels include personal savings,financial support from families and friends,and a small amount of bank loans and government support.Third,there are many factors that affect the ability of people to return home,such as the opportunities for development in their hometowns,the attraction of various policies in the region,the realization of self-worth,and the realization of wealth dreams and local sentiments.Support home development,care for parents,care for children to go to school home business environment optimization,the increase in business costs.Fourth,the difficulties for people to return home to start their own businesses include: labor shortage,high labor costs,various taxes and fees,various inspections,relatively large environmental protection pressure,and restrictions on the entrepreneurial environment in their hometown.Through empirical analysis,the main focus is on four aspects: "social policy is not in place","start-up costs are high","social support for entrepreneurship is not high",and "entrepreneurs 'own conditions are limited".
