Peasant Household’ Willingness To Participate In Agricultural Land Circulation In Hubei Province And Countermeasures

The socialist market economy is becoming more and more perfect,and the former household contract responsibility system of linked output has gradually exposed various problems that conflict with the development of the market economy: the contradiction between the division of cultivated land and the large-scale management of modern agriculture.The contradiction between the family management decentralization and the modern market intensive management,and the contradiction between the current agricultural production technology lagging behind the advanced production technology popularization.As a result,the transfer of agricultural land came into being! The gradual popularization of agricultural land circulation alleviates the phenomenon of abandoned land in rural areas,improves the efficiency of farmland utilization,promotes the realization of large-scale management of agriculture,intensive market operation,and the popularization of advanced production technology,and improves the agriculture of our country.The overall competitiveness of the industry,to protect our national food security! In view of this,based on the investigation data of Qichun County and Jianli County of Hubei Province,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the willingness of peasant household to participate in the transfer of agricultural land in Hubei Province.The purpose of this paper is to find out all kinds of problems in the rural land circulation and to find out the main factors that affect the peasant household’s willingness to participate in the agricultural land circulation,so as to put forward typical and targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant departments to carry out the rural land circulation smoothly for reference.It is also to enrich the research system of agricultural land circulation.The first part of this paper is the introduction: it introduces the background,purpose and significance of the thesis,expounds the domestic and foreign literature related research progress and makes a brief comment,then introduces the research contents and methods,editing the technical roadmap,determines the logical framework of the text.Finally,this paper briefly describes the possible innovations and shortcomings;The second part defines the core concept based on the object and content of this paper,and then expounds the theoretical basis;the third part introduces the whole situation of agricultural land circulation in Hubei Province and the data sources(sample site overview,research process and sample selection);The fourth part is based on the situation of agricultural land circulation of farmers in Qichun County and Jianli County and the survey data of rural households.The participation of local farmers in the transfer of agricultural land is generally descriptive statistics(part descriptive statistics and general descriptive statistics respectively);In the fifth part,13 indicators were selected from the characteristics of the peasant householders,the family characteristics of the peasants and the other factors.Using Logistic regression model,empirical analysis is made on the factors that affect the willingness of farmers to transfer farmland in the sample land.To find the significant influencing factors;The sixth part summarizes the problems and characteristics of rural households in the process of land transfer in Hubei Province,and finally analyzes the significant factors that affect the willingness of farmers to transfer agricultural land and the land flow of farmers in Hubei Province.The research conclusion of the problems existing in the process of rotation is to put forward the countermeasures from the two main aspects of the farmer and the government.The main research findings are as follows:First,The gender of the head of household,the age of the head of household,the number of years of schooling of the head of household,whether the head of the household is trained in skills,the current political landscape of the head of household,the total population of the household,the proportion of families working outside the home,the arable land area,the per capita income of the family,Can be a good explanation of the impact on the willingness of local farmers to participate in land transfer.Second,the investigation shows that the phenomenon of land abandonment and idle is serious,the utilization of "non-grain" after circulation is obvious,the circulation procedure is not standardized,the small-scale benefit is low,the rights and interests of farmers are seriously infringed,and the market-oriented operation mechanism is not perfect,and so on.At the same time,some feasible suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
