Research On Valuation Of Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Based On Weighted Scenario Analysis

At present,China is vigorously promoting economic transformation,the government has also made clear the importance of artificial intelligence industry in a series of policies,and vigorously advocated its communication and integration with different industries.However,for the emerging industry of artificial intelligence,its development history is not long,and there are few studies in the evaluation industry.Therefore,this paper evaluates the enterprise value of iFLYTEK,in order to provide a new possibility for the future evaluation practice.However,the problem is how to predict many variable parameters.In this paper,we try to combine EVA method and weighted scenario analysis method to solve the uncertainty problem caused by more variable parameters.In this paper,the related theories of enterprise value evaluation are reviewed,and it is found that the research literature on artificial intelligence enterprise value evaluation is relatively few,and there is no relatively mature evaluation system.Based on this,this paper tries to explore a set of evaluation methods suitable for artificial intelligence enterprise value.In the part of background analysis of artificial intelligence industry,the analysis method adopted in this paper is from macro level to micro level.First of all,by combing the relevant policies promulgated by the state in the artificial intelligence industry in recent years,the financing situation of artificial intelligence industry and the practical application of artificial intelligence in China are analyzed at the macro level,and it is found that the development momentum of artificial intelligence industry is good at present.Then it makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of artificial intelligence enterprises in the industry.In the part of enterprise valuation model construction,this paper mainly adopts the evaluation method of comprehensive application of EVA method and weighted scenario analysis method.By calculating the basic formula of EVA method,we can regard it as a special cash flow discount method,which is special in that EVA method is not actually the income reflected in the simple statement.But is a way to reflect the ability of enterprises to create value.Therefore,considering the particularity and the characteristics of artificial intelligence enterprises,this paper adjusts several parameters involved in EVA method later,so that it can better reflect the profitability of artificial intelligence enterprises.In the aspect of case application,this paper first analyzes the overall business and financial situation of iFLYTEK,and then in the process of applying the model,in order to make the following forecast part more reasonable.In this paper,the weighted situational analysis method is used to discuss the factors that affect the future development trend of the company,and finally,a more suitable two-stage model is selected to estimate the future development trend of the company.At the end of this paper,the application of EVA method and weighted situational analysis method in this paper is analyzed and summarized in many aspects,and it is found that the application of the model is reasonable and effective.
