The Impact Of Urban-rural Integration On Green Economy Efficiency

Green development focuses on solving the problem of harmonious coexistence between man and nature in high-quality development,and is a necessary condition for sustainable development.The report of th e 19th National Congress emphasized "consisting on the harmonious coexistence between man and nature",taking green development as the first measure of ecological civilization construction,and recycling links,lifestyles,etc.from econo:mic system,technological innovation systeml,energy system,production system and living system.The dimensions establish a clear direction for development.Green develop ment fits into China’s resource and environment,and has become an important way to promote the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China.Urban-rural integration is an important engine for promoting economic and social development and the main platform for green development.At present,China’s urban-rural integration has entered a new era oriented towards green development,accelerating the green transformation of urban and rural integration with a scientifically perfect,clear and rational path,breaking the traditional extensive development model,jumping out of the urban disease" development cycle,in the process of urbanization.It is of great theoretical and practical value to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature and the coordinated development of economic society and ecological environment.The paper systematically sorts out the literature on urban-rural integration and green economy efficiency at home and abroad.On the basis of clarifying the status quo of urban-rural integration and green economy efficiency development in China,the paper discusses the mechanism of urban-rural integration on the efficiency of green economy.Based on the panel data of 29 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2007 to 2016,the principal component analysis method was used to measure the development level of urban and rural integration and the non-expected output SBM model was used to measure the green economy efficiency.A panel regression model based on fixed effect estimation was established,and an empirical analysis was made on the impact of urban-rural integration on green economy efficiency.The results show that the impact of urban-rural integration on the efficiency of green economy presents a U-shaped feature that first declines and then rises.(1)National level.The comprehensive measurement index of urban and rural integration is 0.149,which is the turning point.When the comprehensive measurement index of urban and rural integration is above 0.149,the impact of urban-rural integration on the efficiency of green economy has a significant positive positive impact.On the contrary,the negative impact is significant.(2)Regional level.The comprehensive measurement index of urban and rural integration in the eastern region is 0.291,which is the turning point.In 2013,the inflection point began to rise.The comprehensive measurement index of urban and rural integration in the central region was 0.131 as the turning point.As of 2016,it was still in the decline stage before the turning point;The comprehensive measure index is 0.103 as the turning point and reached the turning point in 2016.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of the green economy are put forward.
