Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economic development has made great achievements,however, there is no denying the fact that Chinese urban and rural development is lopsided broughtmany social and economic problems. Chinese urban and rural regional economic issue has been thefocus of scholars. The government also wants to solve the Farming problem, trying to realize thecoordinative development of urban and rural areas. Therefore, based on the current situation, in-depthresearch is of great significance.From the spatial economic theory, urban and rural region economy problem is the essence ofurban and rural factor endowment allocation and flow. Government allocation capital factorendowment, and promote labor factor endowments. Factor endowment flow after the formation of theurban and rural difference of factor endowments, by the local market effect and gradually expand thegap between urban and rural areas. This process will continue to cycle, make urban and rural"Unbalanced" developed into a relatively stable economic state.According to the background and the theory, this thsis first introduced the research backgroundand significance and established the urban and rural industrial structure asymmetric equilibriummodel, referred to as AIS model. From a theoretical point of view of Chinese urban and rural regioneconomy is long-term and balanced, and from the angle of non symmetrical non equilibrium state ofurban and rural area economic development trend. On the basis of theoretical models, using thespatial econometric methods on Chinese31provincial administrative regions and data werestatistically analyzed, inspected urban and rural to urban and rural difference impact factorendowment. Finally, the research conclusion and suggestion are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows: first, China’s urban and rural region economy "unbalanced"development has stability; two, urban and rural and regional economic policy effect uncertainty. Three,the village of "trade protectionism" may be effective. Four, Chinese urban and rural difference andurban and rural difference of factor endowments has positive correlation..
