Flexible manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode that is being continuously promoted in the equipment manufacturing industry.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,this manufacturing mode has developed rapidly.With the layout and implementation of the made in China 2025 strategy,especially the rapid development of information systems,flexible manufacturing has brought unprecedented convenience and opportunities.Elevator products have the characteristics of small batch customization,and there are many types and structures.These factors lead to the elevator manufacturing industry with a very low level of automation.It is very difficult to implement the flexible manufacturing mode,and the promotion of manufacturing information system is not universal.There are not many large enterprises in China's elevator manufacturing industry,most of which are medium and small enterprises.There are a large number of manual operations and manual assembly.The production equipment is relatively backward,and the flexible manufacturing capacity is generally low.But with the wide application of flexible manufacturing equipment and information system in manufacturing enterprise gradually popularization,the flexible manufacturing in the elevator industry provides a lot of thought,in the information system driven by flexible manufacturing equipment,has greatly ascend,flexible manufacturing capacity for small batch customization of elevator products laid the foundation of flexible manufacturing model,provides the model's promotion with great possibility.Based on the flexible manufacturing of a elevator company as the research object,by the elevator manufacturing information system as the background,design and implement of information system to promote flexible manufacturing methods,by analyzing the current problems existing in flexible manufacturing of the elevator company,finally these problems in the information system to promote flexible manufacturing mode has been effectively solved.At the same time,aiming at improving the manufacturing flexibility and product manufacturing quality,the flexible manufacturing system of the core components of the elevator is designed from the aspects of system design,improvement of manufacturing efficiency,reduction of manual work and design of flexible production line.The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is about the information system to promote flexible manufacturing,especially the key design for the elevator manufacturing industry information system,at the same time from the point of view of the system itself to analyze how to promote the efficiency and quality of product manufacturing.The second part starts from the problems existing in the current flexible manufacturing of the elevator company,especially focusing on the problems such as the insufficient awareness of flexible manufacturing of the company's employees,the insufficient technical capacity of flexible manufacturing,and the inability of the information system to effectively support flexible manufacturing.These problems are analyzed from the perspectives of production process,personnel motivation,manufacturing management and production equipment.The third part is to design the flexible manufacturing production line of the core components of the elevator,especially under the promotion of the information system,to solve the above problems existing in the elevator company.The research in this paper not only solves the problems in the promotion of flexible manufacturing mode,but also provides beneficial help for the whole elevator manufacturing industry to improve the quality and efficiency of personalized small-batch elevator manufacturing.
