Research On Production Management Of Elevator Enterprises Based On Customized Flexibility

The development of China elevator industry is a gradual transition. It starts from scratch and continues to grow. The elevator industry begins with fourteen licenses for the first time and has hundreds of elevator enterprises up to now. The quantity, annual output and annual growth and daily use of China elevator ranked first in the world, China becomes the superpower in the field of the world's elevator production and sales. With the accelerating process of the urbanization and social infrastructure investment scale is continually expanding, Chinese elevator market is developing rapidly and will continue to expand. Taking the development of elevator industry environment as background, thesis puts forward the research and application of customized for flexible production management system of elevator equipment manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, thesis explained the theory of flexible production, customization and flexible mode, summarized the development situation of relevant studies at home and abroad, analyzed the significance that flexible production theory applies to elevator manufacturing. And then it expounds related theory of flexible customization production. It uses generic bill of material(GBOM), the theory of constraints(TOC), critical path method(CPM), ABC classification method to respectively build the flexible production management application model.According to the research on the theory of flexible measure, it elaborated the establishment principle and flexibility evaluation method. Based on characteristics of enterprise, it designed the relevant flexibility index, and constructed the evaluation model of customized flexible production system with the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. Taking an elevator enterprise as the background, it elaborated production management application, and evaluated the flexibility indexes.Finally, thesis summarized all the research work at the last paragraph. It is of great actual significance to study flexible production.
