Elevator is closely related to city life,Whether it is the high speed or super high speed elevator of the commercial building,the elevator of the residential area and the escalator of the large supermarket,or the utility model,All are associated with our lives.As of the end of 2015,China's elevator ownership,annual output,annual increments are the world's first.According to the State Administration of quality supervision,from 2003 to date,the number of eight kinds of special equipment accidents and accidents caused by the number of casualties classified,the elevator safety incidents have been ranked in the top 3.XX City elevator safety white paper" reveals the various causes of the elevator malfunction,the elevator maintenance is not in place and the use of units of improper management is the main reason for the failure of elevator fault,accounted for 82%of the total,This shows the importance of the elevator maintenance,The company decided to lift the service quality,the key lies in the competence of elevator company maintenance technician,Training is an important way to improve competence.In this paper,based on the competency perspective,according to the current situation of J elevator company training,To find out the problems and the reasons in the training,and puts forward the Countermeasures of training the competence of J elevator company maintenance personnel based on.In the first chapter,the author introduces the background and significance of the research,and discusses the related research review,framework,methods and innovation.The second chapter explains the related concepts and basic theories,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following research.In the third chapter,through the form of questionnaire,the author evaluates the competency of the maintenance personnel and the present situation of the training.The fourth chapter based on the existing competency and training,according to the practice of J company,in line with the actual situation of the maintenance personnel competency model has been established,training scheme and established its actual work,and the training result evaluation system.In the fifth chapter,through the establishment of the safeguard measures,the training scheme can be carried out smoothly.This research is a very innovative challenge and change to the maintenance technician training of J elevator company,which is of practical significance to improve the quality of maintenance technicians.
