At present,after 37 years of development,China’s property management industry has entered the stage of urgent need for transformation and upgrading.However,the industry’s low human resource structure and lack of talents have restricted transformation and development.The 19 th National Congress Report and China Education Modernization 2035 have brought new opportunities and challenges to property service companies and property vocational training.Many internationally renowned foreign-owned property management companies have quickly seized the market and become important competitors of local property companies.The competitive environment has become increasingly fierce.Property service companies urgently need to use high-efficiency training activities to enhance their comprehensive strength.This research focuses on the optimization of the training system of the senior management of the property.The Q education company is selected as the representative.Through the introduction of the basic situation of the Q education company and the executive training system,the system analyzes its existing problems and seeks the reasons for the problems.The system was optimized for comparison.Q Education Company is entrusted and guided by China Property Management Association to develop the education and training product system of the design system.It has signed talent strategic cooperation agreements with Fortune and Country Garden and other top 100 property companies.However,the current training results have not been recognized by the partners,the training programs have been gradually reduced,and the cooperation content has stagnated.With the first education and training base of the China Property Management Association,it has brought great challenges to Q Education.At present,Q Education has a poor performance in the overall market competition and market share,therepurchase rate is low,and the competitiveness is gradually declining.If the problem is not analyzed in time and the training system strategy is adjusted,it is possible to lose the initiative in the training market and the situation of external dominated market.This paper interviews the class leaders of the 6th stage of the property management,and understands the actual training situation from the aspects of training needs analysis,training course content setting,training form and training evaluation.According to the interview results,the Q Education Company Training System Satisfaction Survey is designed.Questionnaire,conduct a survey of training.The survey found that the system lacked systematic curriculum,scattered content and inconsistency;the content of the course was not comprehensive;the form of training was single;the feedback of the curriculum was in the form of the problem,and the core problem was that the curriculum system was imperfect.Focusing on the core issues,this paper is based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,adult learning theory,social learning theory,and PDCA cycle theory.The data statistical analysis method is used as a tool to analyze the characteristics,obstacles and forms of adult learning.Comparing the advanced training system of domestic and foreign property training institutions,the reasons for the problems are analyzed one by one from the four components of the curriculum training system.The reasons for the problems are that the curriculum requirements are not clear enough,the course content is not scientific enough,the curriculum is not reasonable enough,and the curriculum is reviewed.The evaluation mechanism is not perfect.On the basis of the above problems and the analysis of the reasons,the rationalization ideas and principles of the optimization design of the Q education company executive training system are clarified,from the training needs,the training course content,the training form and the training evaluation and evaluation,combined with relevant theories.Research and experience in advanced property management companies to optimize existing training curriculum systems.First,through designing and issuing questionnaires,to understand and confirm the needs of property executive training;secondly,learn from the UK CIHcertification system and Kensen(China)to improve the course content;again,based on the existing curriculum form,enrich the classroom face-to-face form,Increase corporate visits,add online training,organize overseas study tours;finally,use the CIPP assessment model to evaluate the process and results of the training curriculum.Through the optimization design of the executive training system,this paper promotes Q education company to enhance the competitiveness of the industry,increase market share,stabilize the market,and provide protection for the application management,management and artisan high-skilled compound talents in the property management industry.National property development accumulates reserve talents.
