Research On The Construction Of Intellectual Property General Education System In Universities From The Perspective Of Training Innovative And Entrepreneurial Talents

Scientific and technological innovation is a strategic support for improving social productivity and comprehensive national power in China.To adhere to the route of China-characterized innovation,it is necessary to improve the ability of original innovation,integrated innovation,and re-innovation in the whole society.The key to improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society is to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.As the most important place for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,universities ought to actively explore more effective ways and to build more perfect training system for innovation and entrepreneurship education.Intellectual property general education,which is an important means for improving the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and protecting its achievements,plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological advancement and promoting social development and has been paid more and more attention all over the world.However,Since intellectual property general education in China has a short period of development and lacks of corresponding theoretical and practical experience,there are still many deficiencies in cultivating intellectual property professionals for innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,it has the theoretical and practical meaning to study establishment of system of intellectual property general education under the perspective of training innovation and entrepreneurial talents.In this thesis,based on the background of "public entrepreneurship and innovation" in China,the principal theory of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents and general education of intellectual property is discussed,the current situation and existing problems is summarized through research questionnaires on the development of intellectual property general education in Shaanxi Province Universities.At the same time,learning from the experience of university intellectual property general education in developed countries,the construction of intellectual property general education system in universities is explored from nine aspects,including updating education concept,clarifying education goals and principles,optimizing curriculum settings,selecting proper textbooks,enriching teaching content,updating teaching methods,strengthening the training of teachers and improving the evaluation mechanism,etc.,in order to promote both the general education of intellectual property and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in our country.
