Study On Knowledge Spillover Effect Of Exotic Strawberry Farmers In Guiyang City

Knowledge,as an endogenous variable of economic growth,determines the continued growth of a country or regional economy.In order to ensure the effective use of knowledge spillover effects in the cluster industry,it is necessary to first understand the source of knowledge,the subject of knowledge spillover(issuer and receiver),the path of knowledge spillover and the influencing factors of knowledge spillover,etc.Field research to verify.In view of this,this paper takes the strawberry industry in Guiyang as an example to study the knowledge spillover effect of foreign strawberry growers on local strawberry growers,and comprehensively use literature analysis,normative multi-case studies,structured interviews,etc.Model,and from a microscopic perspective to explore the mechanism of foreign strawberry growers’ knowledge spillover of local strawberry growers,reveal the influencing factors and mechanism of foreign farmers’ knowledge spillover performance to local farmers,and propose policy recommendations on the basis of this: The enthusiasm of regional talent gathering,and effectively exert the knowledge spillover effect within the industrial cluster and talent pooling,thus accelerating regional technological progress and economic development,and promoting the healthy development of the strawberry industry in Guiyang.The conclusions of the study will help decision makers understand the state of industrial development in the region from the perspective of knowledge spillovers and help decision makers formulate policies that contribute to industrial development and regional development.Through detailed and multi-case analysis,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the spillover ways of foreign farmers to local farmers are: "competitive effect","demonstration effect",and "interpersonal communication(relatives,friends)";There is a clear "knowledge distance" between the foreign farmers and the local farmers;the"overflow willingness"of the foreign farmers and the"absorption will" of the local farmers are the subjective constraints of knowledge spillovers,and the foreign farmers’ willingness to spill is poor,and the local farmers’ willingness to absorb Strong;the "absorptive capacity" of local farmers is generally strong,and the key protection of knowledge absorption of absorptive capacity;the"social capital"of local farmers has obvious promotion effect on knowledge spillover,and is also the main driving force of technology communication;foreign farmers are local The"knowledge spillover effect" of farmers is positive,mainly due to the significant increase in the cultivation techniques of local farmers due to the technical support of foreign farmers.
