In the research of knowledge spillover, there are three kinds of different views: MAR spillover believed that specialization can promote the knowledge spillover, so as to promote the economic growth. Monopoly is conducive to innovation and economic development; Jacobs indicated that knowledge spillover came from different industries. Diversified industrial structure is more favorable to economic growth; Porter spillover support that specialization and competition is conduc ive to economic growth. K nowledge spills in the special industrial agglomeration and stimulate economic growth. It’s regional competition but not regional monopoly that helps carrying out and applying innovation. This article introduces temporal correlatio n and spatial correlation, basing on two-dimensional panel data. It takes spatial Hausman test for judging individual effect, on the base of spatial panel data model. It sets up 3-dimensional panel data SUR spatial models to research the knowledge spillover of Guangdong Province industry by using 3-dimensional panel data. It takes into two parts as below.First, the research on the knowledge spillover effect theory. By reading pieces of paper, it completed the task of concept collation, study of theoretical model, three kinds of formula for three knowledge spillover effects.Second, the research of 3-dimensional panel data spatial models. Including spatial correlation test, Hausman test for panel data, parameter estimation of the models. It completed these hypothesis testing and parameter estimation by Gauss software. Conclusions of the research are as follows:MAR effect is significantly positive. It shows that the specialization have a significant impact to the industrial development of Guangdong Province. The MAR effect in the PRD is stronger than that of the non-PRD.Jacobs effect is significantly positive. It shows that diversification conducive to the development of Guangdong Province indus try. Jacobs effect in the PRD is stronger than that of the non-PRD. Jacobs effect in the non-PRD is significantly positive in high added value industry, and it’s stronger than other two. It’s not significant in the PRD in high added value industry.Porter effect is significantly positive. Competitiveness can promote the development of Guangdong Province industry. The Porter effect in the non-PRD is stronger than that of the PRD. Porter effect in the PRD is significantly positive in high added value industry. It’s not significant in the non-PRD in high added value industry.
