The Research On The Effects Of Knowledge Spillover In High-tech Industry Cluster

Knowledge spillovers is an inexhaustible motive force for the high-tech industry’s development, is one of the sources of innovation high-tech industries. The effect of knowledge spillover is conducive to the regional economic growth and regional innovation ability enhancement. The21st century is the golden age of the rapid development of high-tech industrial clusters, the main advantages of the high-tech industrial cluster come from the significant effects of knowledge spillovers. The high-tech industry cluster has an incomparable advantage that any other single enterprise does not have, plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the national economic growth and enhance the competitiveness of the national high-tech industries in the international arena. This paper mainly discusses about the knowledge spillover effect of economic growth and innovation of high-tech industry cluster, thus found out the existing problems of high-tech industry cluster and give some related suggestions.This paper start from the reading of domestic and foreign literatures, detailed understanding of the related concept and connotation of the knowledge spillovers, the causes, influence factors, overflow ways, the spillover effect and the measure methods of the spillover effects. And then discusses in detail the high-tech industry cluster of knowledge spillovers happens, transmission mechanism, absorption mechanism theory, based on this starting point, establish the measurement model of the effects of the knowledge spillover. When discusses about the economic growth effect of the knowledge spillovers, we take knowledge production function as a basic model and improve it, establish a econometric model based on space; When discusses about the innovation effect of knowledge spillovers, also take knowledge production function as the starting point to model design, establish a space error model.Before research of the knowledge spillover effect of the high-tech cluster, firstly use Moran’s Ⅰ index to judge the spatial correlation of China’s high-tech industry cluster, found that our country’s high-tech industry cluster in the spatial correlation, and there is a certain degree of spatial connection; And then take empirical analysis to the2009’s data of our country’s56high-tech cluster economic index, the empirical results show that exists knowledge spillovers phenomenon between the country’s hi-tech industry cluster, the spillover effects of the knowledge play an obviously Significant positive effects to the China’s regional economic growth and regional innovation ability promote. Through researching and studying of the spillover effect to the country’s hi-tech industry cluster, found out that knowledge spillovers played a positive role in ascension of the regional economic growth and innovation ability, but knowledge spillovers influenced by many factors. Therefore, the high-tech cluster must improve the stock of region’s knowledge, encourage innovation, Deepening development of "production, study and research "mechanism, While the local government should play an active government action mechanism.
