Study On The Transition Development Planning Strategy Of Laoniuwan Village In Qingshuihe County Under The Model Of "Pastoral Complex"

President Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress in 2017 that the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" should be the top priority of the Party's work and the strategy of Rural Revitalization should be implemented.In 2018,Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council proposed vigorously implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.With the support of relevant national policies,rural leisure tourism is in full swing,but the bottleneck of development in terms of format expansion and mode transformation has gradually emerged.In 2017,"pastoral complex" as a highlight measure for the development of new rural industries was written into the No.1document of the Central Committee.It is an important strategy to promote urbanization and an important way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper takes Laoniuwan Village in Qingshuihe County as the research object,conducts on-the-spot investigation on Laoniuwan Village from five aspects: ecological environment,social economy,spatial layout,infrastructure and architectural style,studies a series of problems existing in Laoniuwan Village at present,and puts forward the planning strategy of transformation and development of Laoniuwan Village under the mode of "pastoral complex".After research and analysis,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The development stage of Laoniuwan village is divided into three stages: the development stage of Laoniuwan village is divided into the traditional farming leading stage,the formation and growth stage of characteristic agriculture and the leading development stage of tourism and sightseeing owner through quantitative analysis of the per capita netincome data of farmers and qualitative analysis of the evolution of industrial structure.(2)Put forward the necessity of transformation and development of Lao Niu Wan Village: Through field research on the ecological environment,social economy,spatial pattern,infrastructure and architectural style of Lao Niu Wan Village,we can conclude that there are problems in the ecological environment,industrial development,spatial layout,infrastructure and development motive force of Lao Niu Wan Village at the present stage.(3)Demonstrate the feasibility of transformation and development of Lao Niu Wan Village under the "pastoral complex" mode: abundant agricultural resources and tourism resources,local construction of tourism supporting facilities,favorable national policies,and broad "tourism plus" market are the internal and external conditions of transformation and development of Lao Niu Wan Village.By analyzing the supporting effect of internal and external conditions of Lao Niu Wan Village on its transformation and development,Lao Niu Wan Village will be promoted.The feasibility of transformation and development of Wancun is demonstrated.(4)Starting from the three aspects of industrial integration and development,life style reconstruction and ecological landscape construction,this paper puts forward the planning strategy for the transformation and development of Laoniuwan Village under the model of "pastoral complex".The planning contents are as follows: 1)Construct the rural landscape pattern of Laoniuwan village with eight patches,double corridors and multi-nodes according to various ecological factors of Laoniuwan village;2)Re-plan and integrate the development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries with the aid of comprehensive agricultural development,and build the "agriculture plus" industrial system of Laoniuwan village;3)Construct "three-center,two-axis and multi-area" with the purpose of optimizing the spatial layout of Laoniuwan village.The spatial pattern of Laoniuwan Village.4)Integrating characteristic agricultural resources through "agriculture plus" to construct the development model of integration of agriculture andtourism;5)To create a good living environment for villagers and build a new rural rural community.
