"Pastoral complex" is a highlight project of rural revitalization,and the integration of agriculture and tourism is an effective way to promote rural revitalization.This paper takes Jiexi River as the research object,adopts data collection method,field research method,case reference method,comparative analysis method and other methods to analyze the characteristics of various local resources,grasp the development advantages of Jiexi River pastoral complex,and apply it to actual planning in the system.It aims to create a pastoral complex integrating technology,culture,agriculture and tourism,and form a new model of rural revitalization and development in Li County.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The pastoral complex focuses on the agricultural industry,takes leisure experience as the core,injects local cultural characteristics,and realizes the integration and interaction of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Starting from the actual pastoral resources,the Jiexihe project area develops related tourism products based on pastoral catering,pastoral sightseeing,ecological breeding,and agricultural experience to meet the needs of the basic tourist object market and provide for the sustainable and healthy development of the project planning area.Guarantee;take the agricultural industry economy as the core,carry out related agricultural economic activity projects,and inject vitality into the further improvement of the planning area;take outdoor activities as the expansion,carry out the design of related outdoor sports activities to meet the needs of the specific tourist object market,for the planning The district’s personalized brand building provides market support.(2)Analyze the local natural resource characteristics and the development advantages of other pastoral complexes in the Jiexihe project area,and integrate them into the planning and design of the pastoral complex.This planning layout is based on the characteristics of"living in rural areas,scientific ecological planting and breeding",and the overall layout and structure planning of "one-hearted drive+dual-core assistance+three-pole growth".Among them,"one-hearted drive" refers to the technical core of building the Jiexihe Pastoral Complex with the academician workstation as the center."Dual-core boost" refers to the development of the new product cultivation core of the Jiexihe Pastoral Complex;it is committed to the ecological cycle planting and breeding of the Camellia oleifera forest system."Three-pole growth" refers to the construction of three sub-districts,namely the ecological breeding area,the spring flower and autumn orchard,and the stone turtle outdoor sports camp,which will promote the development of the economic growth of the Jiexihe pastoral complex.(3)Through comprehensive analysis and discussion,this plan divides the Jiexihe pastoral complex into academician workstation,academician vegetable base,camellia oleifera ecological cycle planting and breeding garden,photography area,Lijiawan ecological breeding area,spring flower and autumn orchard,citrus area,New product cultivation demonstration base and nine functional areas of Turtle Mountain Sports Camp.(4)Through the comprehensive analysis of the resources and characteristics of the Jiexi River pastoral gardens,this plan builds an agricultural product system of seedling breeding products+economic forest fruit products+forest fruit processing by-products+aquaculture products,and tourism products with mainstream tourism products+special tourism products.Product system,as well as two tourist routes,the pastoral experience line and the ecological sightseeing line.(5)Using the beauty of the shape and color of flowers,plants and trees to create a beautiful greening landscape in the region,and plant medicinal and edible plants to improve the comprehensive benefits of economic forest;Combined with the historical background of agricultural culture,refine the elements of intangible cultural heritage,and appropriately add publicity and education sites and supporting facilities,so as to achieve the function of science popularization and education and build a characteristic village.
