Since the middle of the 20 th century,information technology is becoming the leading technology for economic development and social progress.The financial sharing service center makes it possible for enterprises to exchange information in the fields of finance,human resources and IT technology.After Ford,Dupont,General Electric and other well-known companies established and ran similar business models,various industries began to innovate financial management one after another.Especially for those fortune 500 companies,in order to adapt to the changes and innovations of the market in the era of Big Data,improve customer satisfaction,integrate the resources of the whole enterprise,and reduce the cost of human resources,they are urgently integrating information technology and management to improve the management level of enterprises.For the Accounting industry,this is a great reform.In the newspapers and the Internet,it is often said that accountants may be replaced by machines.The advent of financial sharing center helps enterprises to solve the problem of large-scale management and process reorganization for a long time to some extent.It has to be said that in the era of cloud computing,accounting and financial management methods are being overturned.While enterprises are facing financial transformation,accountants are also constantly exploring the future path of financial management.Due to the variety of enterprises in China,how to position the Shared Service model needs to be constantly tested by the market.But we should not blindly follow the pace of internationalization and copy the sharing operation mode of foreign enterprises.We should also take into account China's national conditions,corporate culture,industrial lifecycle and other factors,and choose the sharing and business model that meet the needs of enterprises' own development.This paper chooses tourism enterprises as the case for the analysis and research of financial sharing.One reason is that the financial sharing center is called "Sharing",which can save the independent accounting department of each branch and subsidiary,which is a significant human resource management cost for enterprises.Secondly,as a leader in China's tourism industry and supported by branches and stores across the country,G has taken the lead in exploring the market and set up the Financial Saring Service Center.Its operation mode and process design are of great reference value to other tourism enterprises.The most important point of sharing platform is that the ultimate goal is to be able to provide the satisfaction of the commercial service.G company's core business and the main source of income from provide tour services business and tax-free business branches of sales duty free business.Tourism service cannot leave to the customer information collection and data analysis under the guidance of market development.Sales business is dependent on the efficiency of online financial personnel work.And database for the enterprise be able to provide strategic guidance.The establishment of financial sharing center enables G to further realize the goal of business,financial and tax integration.To help enterprises invest limited resources into their core values,develop and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,maximize the elimination of non-value-added operations,and apply the core resources of enterprises to value-added operations.This paper first introduces the concept of financial sharing center and its related theoretical basis.G is selected as the analysis object to analyze the internal organizational framework of the enterprise and the operation effect of the sharing center from the industry background.Through online questionnaires,the problems in the sharing center are deeply understood from the perspective of enterprise employees,and the problems are also analyzed from the perspective of managers.After consulting the references and comparing the successful cases of sharing centers of other enterprises,a series of corresponding optimization measures were proposed for the development of G.It includes the overall optimization from the macroperspective,the optimization of the organizational framework and the optimization of the business process design.At the same time,the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed for the optimization scheme.Finally,after a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the financial sharing center of G and the difficulties in the future development path,it is expected to provide some reference for other tourism enterprises or enterprises similar to G in business type.
