With the change of time and the maturity of market economy,the competition between enterprises is not limited to the industrial competition,but the talent competition.The enterprise with excellent talents is one of the important factors to become a benchmark enterprise in the industry.This paper is a case study paper on XF group,which enjoys a high reputation in the industry and specializes in equity investment.XF group is undergoing a transformation from financial investment to strategic investment recently.The change of enterprise strategy has greatly increased the demand for professional talents.Therefore,it is worth discussing and studying how to find talents suitable for the group’s development strategy.After studying a large number of literatures,it is found that there are many researches on recruitment problems of all walks of life,but there are few researches on recruitment problems of investment enterprises.This may be because the public mainly pay attention to the investment strategy,investment logic,business model and other aspects but seldom to the internal human resources development of the investment enterprise.Therefore,it is significant to taking investment enterprises as the object of case analysis.Through interviews,questionnaires and other surveys,this paper revealed that there are mainly three problems in the recruitment channels of XF group at present with information about the recruitment channels of XF group in the past three years.Firstly,the management trainee conversion rate is low.Secondly,campus recruitment costs are high.Thirdly,the professional degree of headhunting is low.In this paper,the causes of these three problems are found and the appropriate solutions are proposed.This paper proposes corresponding solutions to the problems: Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle and the theory of six-degree segmentation,this paper proposes to enrich online recruitment channels.Based on the economic principle of recruitment channel selection,the budget control plan of XF group campus recruitment is proposed.Based on the incentive theory,XF group internal competition plan is proposed.Based on the theory of job matching,this paper puts forward the management method of recruitment channels for headhunters in XF group. |
