With the rapid development of shared economy and Internet technologies in China,car sharing service has become a new way of travelling which is an important part of the whole traffic ecosystem.It is helpful to meet the increased demand of travel and consistent with the concept of green travel.The promotion of car sharing service can not only meet the demands of individuation,but also alleviates both environmental pollution and resource shortage to a certain extent.It is a concept of sustainable mobile services.However,the development of vehicle sharing service is still at an initial stage in China,and it faces many problems during the whole process of operation management,including poor user experience and low utilization of service resources.That would hinder the development of vehicle sharing services.Based on the analysis of various problems in the market of car-sharing service,it proposes an operation mode of alliance and analyzes the key mechanism of service alliance in this paper.It may be helpful to solve problems in the process of operation management in the future and boost the development of the service.According to the existing research on car sharing service and different mechanisms of alliance,it is noticed that there less research on the operation mode of car sharing service.In this paper,in order to fill the gap of research,it tries to solve several critical problems in the establishment of car sharing alliance.In this paper,based on the analysis of the existing model of car sharing service,it summarizes the hurdles faced by service providers and sets up the model of car sharing service alliance according the theory of service alliance.And it designs the operation management system of the alliance to introduce the follow-up research.Firstly,it analyzes the cooperation relationship among the service providers in the automobile sharing service alliance.Based on the theory of both resource matching and field theory,a cooperative service provider selection mechanism is built oriented by creating value.This method can help the organization to select high-quality providers with most of complementary resources to maximize utility of all participants in alliance.Then,it introduces the principal-agent relationship of different participants and characteristic of resource utilization based on traditional theory,and builds the model of profit distribution considering different types of risk.That can be the reference of designing interest distribution mechanism.Finally,a qualitative analysis of resource cooperation mechanism is constructed which is the key to obtain profit for the car sharing service alliance.And the framework of collaborative service platform is designed based on resource management.In this paper,some experiments also are established to verify the feasibility of partner selection model through Matlab.It also constructs the analysis of example to show the relationship between different factors and profit distribution coefficient based on the method of controlling variable.It may be helpful to the actual construction of alliance and design of interest distribution mechanism to a certain extent.
