Research On Organization Model And Benefit Distribution Of Strategic Alliance Of Industrial Innovation In Construction Industry

The research on the strategic alliance of the technological innovation of the construction industry is beneficial to the promotion of the competitiveness of the construction industry and the optimization of the structure of the construction industry,thus improving the technological innovation ability of the construction industry,which has important strategic significance.Formation mechanism,organization model,partner selection and interest distribution are discussed and explored in depth.These four aspects are all related to the operation efficiency of alliance organization and the achievement of alliance goals,so it is very important.Firstly,analyze the current situation and development trend of Chinese construction industry,and clarify the environment of the development of construction industry.The concept of construction industry technology innovation strategic alliance is expounded.From the perspective of industry and enterprise,this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the formation of the strategic alliance of technological innovation in the construction industry,and demonstrates the feasibility of the formation of the alliance of technological innovation in the construction industry from the angle of game theory,psychology,politics,military law,economics and so on,and expounds the system structure of the strategic alliance of the technology innovation of the construction industry.Secondly,On the basis of fully understanding the characteristics of the industry and the characteristics of the existing alliance mode,the selection of the organization model of the alliance of industrial technology innovation in the construction industry is discussed and the construction process of the alliance is expounded.Then the partners selection of the strategic alliance of the technological innovation of the construction industry is studied from the perspective of qualitative research,and a preliminary evaluation index is obtained for the partner selection of the strategic alliance of construction industry technology innovation,and the degree of trust of the alliance is studied.Then,through the questionnaire survey,referred the existing industrial technology innovation strategic alliance partner selection system,according to the characteristics of the strategic alliance of the technological innovation of the construction industry to build the alliance partner selection evaluation index systemhierarchy map.Combined with this hierarchy map,ANP method(Analytic Network Process)is utilized to analyze the weight of index.From the perspective of quantitative analysis,the weight problem of the alliance partner evaluation index system is solved,and the evaluation index table of the cooperative partner selection of the strategic alliance of the technological innovation of the construction industry is consummated.The first grade evaluation index includes three items: the strategic relevance,the management operation ability and the value creation ability.Combining with the index table,we can make clear the selection of partners in the strategic alliance of the technological innovation of the construction industry.Finally,according to the needs,the methods of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Shapley value method and Nash negotiation method are applied to the research of interest distribution of the strategic alliance of the technological innovation of the construction industry.Each method has its characteristics and application,which can serve the different technical innovation items of the construction industry.Among them,in the application of analytic hierarchy process,according to the actual situation of the alliance,the determination of the comprehensive contribution ratio of alliance interest distribution is divided into alliance task commitment percentage method and alliance task completion cost method.The three methods are illustrated by cases respectively,and the application of the three methods are obtained through comparative analysis respectively.
