Research On The Risk Compensation Mechanism In Technological Entrepreneurship

With the globalization of information and the new process of technological revolution,more and more countries attach great importance to the development of technological innovation entrepreneurship.Strengthening the entrepreneurship system construction and establish a sound mechanism of compensation become the main direction of policy reform in the development of the “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation” strategy in China.This paper studies the technological entrepreneurship risk compensation includes the intension,operational route and mechanism optimization,in order to provide some information for the government's risk compensation policy-making.First,on the basis of existing research and theory,this paper presents the definition of technological entrepreneurship,sums up the characteristics of the technological entrepreneurship and the technological entrepreneurship risk,then puts forward the concepts of technological entrepreneurship risk compensation.In the same time,this paper explores the impact path of risk compensation policies on entrepreneurial intention with SEM,and the results show that the compensations have the positive effects on the intention.Furthermore,the paper puts forward the technological entrepreneurship risk mechanism from three contexts: combination,synergy and linkage.Among them,combination compensation mechanisms include beforehandafterward,reward-aid,and input-exemption,the cooperative mechanisms refer to the innovation-entrepreneurship coordinated,the government-social coordinated and the supply chain collaboration compensation mechanism,in addition,linkage mechanism embrace insurance-investment,insurance-loan and insurance-guarantee linkage model.In the meantime,this paper specifically analyses the use of research tools and functions of these models.Meanwhile,according to these optimization models,this paper constructs the SD model simulation of the implementation and effect of the risk compensation of technological entrepreneurship,simulates and analyses the effect of the compensation in different combination of policies,so that it can provide basis for the innovation of risk compensation system in technological entrepreneurship.Finally,this paper takes city of Wuhan as an example,to simulate and compare the effect of the current risk compensation and the risk compensation after revolution by the models mentioned in the paper,then it gives out the specific suggestions for technological entrepreneurship risk compensation reform to Wuhan.The innovative points in this paper have two aspects: this paper proposes three contexts of the technological entrepreneurship risk compensation mechanisms,and constructs the SD model of the technological entrepreneurship risk compensation mechanism system.
