In recent years,with the integration of the global economy,especially the rapid rise of cross-border e-commerce,the development of the international express industry is very rapid.In order to gain competitive advantage,major international express companies are buying or laying network to expand their service coverage.In 2016,LB express announced the acquisition of TNT express,which changed the whole industry pattern.The successful acquisition has made the LB express company's coverage and service capacity rapidly increasing.Before the LB express company paid great attention to the development of large customers,and ignored the development of small and medium customers.As a result,the LB express company won the business,but the total number of customers is less.After the completion of the acquisition,for the long term development of the company,the LB development strategy of Zhejiang express company needs to be readjusted.Meanwhile,we should develop more customers and increase the number of customers while maintaining the long-term development of our company.This paper is based on the LB express company Zhejiang international express business as the main research object,through the Potter five forces model,SWOT analysis method,combined with my practical work experience,the current state of LB express company in the industry,comprehensive analysis and internal customers,looking into the company's existing problems,summed up the strategy of Zhejiang area development suitable for the customers of LB express company,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.According to the analysis of this article,LB express company should implement a number of customer development strategies to increase market competitiveness,including improving operational service level and operational efficiency,increasing targeted customers' precision marketing and accelerating technology information.I believe LB express can get more customers and market share in Zhejiang area through new customer development strategy,and it can also play a certain role in other international express delivery companies.
