Since the 1990s,China's economy began to grow rapidly,more and more import and export trade prompted huge demand for international logistics and express delivery.With the continuous expansion of the market size,major international logistics companies have entered the Chinese market,and continue to increase the investment in China,quickly acquired the majority of China's international express market share.Several large domestic logistics and express enterprises also emerged from scratch.In the past decade,they not only monopolized the domestic express delivery market,but also began to actively participate in the competition in the international express market.Through the joint venture company D in China,Deutsche post DHL has been setting up a presence in the Chinese market since 1986.After decades of development,it has gradually gained the largest market share,far exceeding its main competitors.However,due to the slowdown of economic growth in recent years and the increasingly fierce competition in the international express industry,it has become increasingly difficult for D company to continue to expand its market share and obtain better profits.This paper takes company D as the research object,adopts PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis tools,uses literature research method and comparative analysis method,and conducts in-depth analysis and careful study of company D's advantages and opportunities,disadvantages and threats of relevant industry competitors in the macro environment and industry environment.After analysis and summary,the "focused differentiation strategy" was confirmed.This strategy can not only enable company D to gain higher market recognition,but also continue to strengthen its brand advantage.By entering the booming import B2C logistics market,the company can expand its market share while maintaining high profits.In particular,the company needs to pay attention to the construction of the sales team,so as to better implement the company's future strategic planning and maintain the company's core competitiveness.Finally,in order to ensure the realization and smooth implementation of the competitive strategy,this paper also formulated specific implementation measures of company D's competitive strategy in the market,including strengthening the core competitiveness,marketing and talent strategy,new product development and other differentiated competitive strategies.These safeguard measures play an absolutely key role in the formulation and implementation of development strategies to a large extent.
