This dissertation explores, how M International Express Corporation (hereafter shorten as M Corp. ) survives from its own inferiority and exterior threat, and keeps developing continually under the extremely intense competition background of international express industry.Firstly dissertation expatiates on the elementary theory of enterprises strategy management, and evaluates external environment M Corp. facing with this theory. And then it analysis M Corp.'s superiority, the inferiority as well as the opportunity, the challenges with the theory of competitive strategy and development strategy. In this section, the EFF& IFE matrix and SWOT analytic method are using to quantitative evaluation of the M Corp.'s strategic essential factors, which consequently provided rationale for M Corp. development.
