| With the rapid development of social economy,the financial market plays a vital role in every walk of life.Being in the traditional finance industry,the commercial banks have entered into “ Red Sea” from “ Blue Sea” under the background of Internet finance,facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In the process of its management process,commercial banks should consider the market trend and make relative business adjustments.In this case,commercial banks should establish effective performance management mechanism in the process of development,stimulate talent advantage,further enhance the development ability of commercial banks,and achieve long-term development.This paper takes Changli Branch of Qinhuangdao Bank as the research object,applies the balanced Scorecard theory to study its performance management.First the dissertation introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection,and collates relevant results both,and expounds the ideas and methods of this paper,providing support for the research on Changli Branch of Qinhuangdao Bank.Secondly,it introduces the theory of performance management,the origin,component and characteristics of BSC theory,and KPI analysis.The dissertation states the application of BSC theory in the performance management system in Chinese commercial banks,providing reference for the research on Changli Branch of Qinhuangdao Bank.Then,the dissertation analyzes the situation of the performance management system in Changli Branch of Qinhuangdao Bank.The research hands out the questionnaires in system to workers in Changli Branch of Qinhuangdao Bank and figures out the problems and causes of the bank’s performance management system through questionnaires.Last,the dissertation constructs performance management optimization scheme based on BSC theory and conducts a quarter trial run of the scheme.According to the result from the trail run,the dissertation makes sure that the constructed scheme can be put forward so as to promote the rapid development of Changli branch. |
