The Research On Business Model Innovation Of H Company Based On BMC

With the development of the Internet and the deepening impact of the Internet on traditional industries,we find out that more and more infrastructure and services are rapidly migrating to the cloud,and the users are tend to get their critical applications over the Internet.Traditional software vendors must adapt to this change,they should change the original concept of product development and business model to find new profit growth point in the industry in the future.It is the key elements of the traditional software companies getting success that the efficient development of cloud-based SaaS model applications and the development of new business models and reasonable market strategy.This paper refers to a large number of domestic and foreign research on business model,and in-depth study of software and Internet industry trends.And then,this paper analysis the business model of the traditional software enterprise H company by using business model canvas(BMC),which is the canvas tool with a total of nine elements,including the customer segmentation,value proposition,channel,customer relationship,revenue source,cost structure,core resources,core business and important partners.Finally,researching the SaaS model would bring the opportunities and challenges for the traditional software companies of H company.In addition,the method is used to verify the operability of SaaS model innovation by the study of H business model innovation,and the relevant suggestions are given to the development and the business model transformation of H company,so as to improve the commercial competitiveness of H Company in the future.This paper also provides theoretical support for guiding the transition practice of traditional software industry and healthy and rapid development.
