Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Investment Management In Yingkou

A new round of scientific and technological revolution in the world and China's accelerating transformation of economic development mode,deepening supply-side structural reform in an all-round way have formed a historic intersection.China's economic development has entered a new normal.Liaoning is a major industrial province in China.During the 13 th five-year plan period,the state council issued a new round of support for the northeast revitalization strategy,which injected strong impetus into the industrial development of liaoning.China's industry faces new challenges.As a traditional industrial city in liaoning province,yingkou has some prominent problems such as unreasonable investment structure and low investment quality and efficiency.How to promote the development of industrial investment management in yingkou and promote the sustained and healthy development of industrial economy is particularly important.From the perspective of the government,this study uses relevant data,charts,and grey relational analysis methods over the years fo research.Firstly,this paper expounds the status quo of industrial investment in yingkou city,analyzes the structure,scale and mode of industrial investment,summarizes the situation faced by industrial investment,and points out the key development direction of the industry.Second,the problems of industrial investment management in yingkou are mainly reflected in the absence of project supervision and service,slow development of major projects and emerging industrial projects,lack of scientific project planning,etc.Thirdly,the industrial investment management optimization plan of yingkou is designed by referring to the experience of relevant provinces and cities in China.Finally,the paper puts forward effective measures to optimize industrial investment management,laying a foundation for the sound development of industrial investment,and striving to realize the innovative,green and coordinated development of yingkou industrial economy.
