Heresearch On Industrial Investment Structure Injiangsu As Well As Demonstration

After the financial crisis, the whole world turns from the overall economic growth to the optimal adjustment of the structure. For China, the issue of RMB exchange rate appreciation is to make people more aware of the importance and the necessity of the change for domestic industrial structure. To a large extent, investment structure determines the dynamic industrial structure, and industrial structure takes an important impact on economic growth to be the core of the economic structure. So the industrial investment structure which is a very important factor in the investment plays an important role in the entire national economy development. Based on the reference to the literature and combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu's industrial investment structure, this paper analyze the problems and their implications for the Jiangsu Province, to provide a reference value for the optimal adjustment of investment structure.This article first reviewed the history of the development of fixed assets investment in Jiangsu Province to analyze the overall situation of investment structure: Firstly, the paper studys the overall size of investment, industrial investment subject structure, investment structure of three industries respectively, and find that industrial investment scale raise year by year, the main investors is private investment, three investment structure is consistent with the general rules, there is still a gap with other provinces. Then the paper applys econometric methods to analyze the benefit of industrial investment, shows that there is the cointegration between the investment structure and economic growth, and the second industry has the largest contribution to GDP.Then, the paper takes further analysis of internal investment structure in Jiangsu province, use descriptive analysis in the first investment structure, the results show that agriculture still accounts for an important proportion of investment. Gray relative analysis method and factor analysis method is used to analyze the second and third intra-industry status and problems of various industries.The conclusion shows that including industrial sector,traditional pillar industries outside textiles and hi-tech industry take advantages; Compared to high technology industry, some traditional industries have a low rate of contribution on industrial output; Extensive expansion of tertiary industry is gradually changing the characteristics of reproduction and investment efficiency is gradually reflected.Finally,the paper studies the optimal adjustment of Jiangsu's investment structure, the use of shift - share analysis of industrial development in Jiangsu Province makes assessment results and indicates that the overall development level in the industry, industry structure conditions, competitive advantage is to be higher than the national level, but this advantage is not large, there are many problems in various industries.On this basis, the paper puts forward the specific proposals for the optimal adjustment of first, second and third industries respectively: to ensure that the proportion of investment in primary industry increase moderately, while focusing on science and technology investment in primary industry; gradually reduce the proportion of investment in secondary industry, adjust the investment structure within the secondary industry and promote the advancement of industrial structure; keep effective in increasing investment in the third industry, while make the right choice within the investment direction of third industry, so that limited funds can play a greater role.
