Research On The Innovation Of Business Model For State-owned Corporations Based On Overseas E-commerce Plus Overseas Warehousing

Since the global financial crisis in 2008,global trade has witnessed negative growth,trade protection and currency competition have intensified,and international commodity prices have fallen sharply.Domestic production costs are rising,raw material prices are rising,labor prices are rising,logistics costs are increasing,and profit of foreign trade enterprises has decreased sharply,which has driven foreign trade enterprises to seek survival.In recent years,China's traditional foreign trade development has entered a period of gradual growth,but cross-border e-commerce has shown a strong trend of negative growth in China and has become a new growth point in foreign trade.At the same time,the Chinese government rolled out a series of supporting policies,vigorously promote the "area" and "Internet +" strategy,in the international economic integration and cooperation capacity,constantly promote electricity and the fusion of traditional foreign trade industry.It is under such economic background that the business philosophy and business model of China's foreign trade enterprises urgently need to be transformed and upgraded.Based on the above background,this paper supported by business model and value chain theory,combined with the difficulties faced by state-owned foreign trade enterprises and has the advantages of traditional,based on the trend of the development of e-commerce,the thorough analysis:(1)the status of foreign trade enterprises in new value chain,put forward the strategy of reconstructing the traditional value chain,and reshape the thinking of traditional foreign trade enterprise business model,through the foreign trade enterprise itself within the value of extension and extension,constructs a model of value chain with foreign trade enterprise as the core,and guided by the thought of supply chain integration management,makes the "cross-border electricity + overseas warehouse" the new business model of foreign trade.(2)based on this,from the micro perspective to have many years history of state-owned foreign trade Z company business model transformation as a case,in-depth analysis of the background of transition and business model,development strategy and practice show the success of supply chain integration management as well as "cross-border electricity + overseas storehouse" of real value.This paper puts forward "cross-border electricity + overseas warehouse" business model is accorded with multiple industry factors the result of cooperative coevolution,expected to other foreign trade enterprise business transformation is expected to have certain reference significance.
