Researches On The Electronic Business Supply Chain Management

Two tools of electronic business and supply chain management is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,appearing in the course of mutual penetration,mutual promotion trend in the practice of the operation.Electronic business application have a significant impact on supply chain management,the upstream and downstream enterprises of supply chain integration more efficient.This paper takes the V company as a typical example and make a detailed analysis of the V company's electronic business supply chain management operation.V company has formed a good management system in electronic business supply chain management which includes information flow,product flow,capital flow.And electronic business supply chain management has five innovative advantages: 1.honeycomb e-commerce system 4.0;2.storage open platform;3.supplier relationship management;4.customer relationship management;5.efficient delivery system,which makes a key role in promoting the supply chain management of the company.This paper analyzes the existing V company electronic business supply chain management project problems in the process of operation and the corresponding solutions in four aspects,and makes a solid foundation for the further development of V company.
