Research On The Whole Process Management Of Fixed Assets In Communication Enterprises Of Y Company

Company Y is a large domestic telecommunication enterprise.In 1998,it was reformed and corporate in stock system and listed in New York and Hong Kong.Since the company listed,we will accelerate the establishment of a modern enterprise system,to be a world-class communications enterprise as the goal,actively implement the strategy of "leading" services and business,in mechanism,management,service,technology,business has achieved rapid development,the enterprise total assets reached 100 billion Yuan,on the basis of ensure the management of fixed assets physical,play to the efficiency of assets,the company has a great significance.In the asset management of Y Company,there are still a series of problems,such as poor physical information management,inaccurate value identification,low asset efficiency,and inadequate disposal of assets.The main supporting systems are not connected directly,information is asymmetric,and information is not passable.In this paper,the whole process management theory of fixed assets is fully understood and expounded,the existing domestic and foreign research results and shortcomings are analyzed,and the whole process management theory of fixed assets is applied to the management of assets management in the communication industry.Secondly,the current situation of the fixed assets management of the company is analyzed with Y Company as an example.The problems appearing in the four stages of investment planning,procurement construction,construction and construction,daily operation and maintenance,and scrapping and disposal are discussed respectively.Then,the management process is rearranged and the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward according to the problems in each link.Finally,the whole process management theory of fixed assets is summed up in communication.The conclusions and limitations of the application are prospected and future research is prospected.
