Fixed assets management is one of the most important aspect of company management.This process includes from investment in fixed assets,investment project budget planning,material purchasing,finished carryover,daily maintenance to scrap disposal process management.It relates to many complex and trivial business which many departments and staff involved in,as small as a A4 printer and as big as a welded pipe production line.Because many companies So far pay more attention to the stock control and cash flow management which bring about the problems of Fixed Assets management,and the problems just like the discrepancy between accounting and object,the inaccuracy of assets status,the confusion of project cost and the implement of investment and so on come from the indifference of Fixed Assets management in the company.Through the study of Chinese and foreign fixed assets and enterprise management research theory and practice case,this paper will use the mature and scientific investment budget management theory and process management theory,combined with the author's experience in the relevant departments of X Steel Pipe Company,using field investigation,Literature research and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the combination of research methods to achieve the X Steel Pipe company's fixed asset management work in the various types of accurate diagnosis,and targeted to put forward the whole process of fixed assets management of the major aspects of the transformation of the specific measures And the implementation of the program to achieve the X steel pipe company fixed asset management work optimization,improve management efficiency,but also for the company's fixed asset management to provide a typical case study.
