In the economic development of the new normal,slowdown in economic growth,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry today,how to pull the lack of external circumstances to tap the internal potential is essential.In recent years,the internal and external environment of the mobile communications industry has undergone unprecedented changes,the formation of MIIT,a new round of telecommunications industry restructuring;SASAC strengthened the central enterprises of state-owned assets supervision and control efforts.China Mobile,as one of the three major telecom operators,is a typical asset-intensive enterprise.Therefore,to improve the management of fixed assets and the level of value-added assets to achieve value-added,is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises within the internal management and external environment of the common requirements.Based on the theory of business process management and fixed asset management and the basic situation of XX Mobile Company,through the management of its fixed assets management organization structure,total assets and fixed assets management business process,daily management use,scrapped disposal,The analysis of each part of the assets idle,found that there is a real logistics and information flow does not match the flow of information flow is poor,lack of process-related performance evaluation indicators and business processes in the value of the various aspects of management problems.The whole life cycle management theory of fixed assets,the whole process management theory of fixed assets and the lean asset management theory of fixed assets are applied to XX Mobile Company.The article first clarifies the goals and principles of the improvement of fixed assets management,according to the problems and causes of the enterprise,According to the real stream,value stream and information flow three dimensions targeted to improve the strategy of fixed assets.The purpose of this paper is to improve the fixed asset level of XX Mobile Company from the three aspects of real assets,information flow and value flow of fixed assets,so as to improve the fixed assets level of the company and help to the fixed assets management of similar enterprises.
