In the times of knowledge economy,technological innovation not only brought about innovation of production,but also energized for rapid growth in market demand.The enormous force for innovation-driven development is reflected in the research and development of new technologies,in which the transformation of technological achievements is important as well.Patent is the core of knowledge and technology.For that,the transformation and application have become an important resource for the development of manufacturing and a core of competition.High-tech industry is the forefront of the innovation and development of manufacturing industry in China.With the features of modern advanced technology,the patent and industrialization of its innovation and creation have a strong guiding and driving effect on the whole manufacturing industry and the whole economy.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of high-tech industry and defining the connotation of industrialization in patent,which based on the relevant data of high-tech industry in China from 2006 to 2015,this paper analyzes the impact of high-tech industry in China from the perspective of industry and region by constructing a evaluated system of patent industrialization.The factors of patent industrialization and mechanism.In the aspect of industrial heterogeneity,the influence of industrial concentration and original innovation on the industrialization of patents was analyzed.In terms of regional heterogeneity,the effects of differences in regional technology and intellectual property protection on the patent industrialization were analyzed.Further,this paper uses SFA and DEA-Tobit to measure the efficiency of patent industrialization in high-tech industry and empirical tests of influencing factors in China.The results show that the efficiency of China's high-tech industry patent industrialization is low,and there are industrial differences and regional differences.The industry differences verify that the industry concentration and the original innovation degree of industry patent have a positive effect on performance,and the regional differences verify that technology introduction and intellectual property protection intensity have a positive impact on performance.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
