The arrival of the "Internet plus" era has completely changed people's lifestyle and consumption concept.The number of Chinese netizens has been increasing year by year,and the Internet coverage rate has been continuously expanding.Among them,e-commerce,by means of Internet information technology,is a form of business activity for the purpose of Commodity Exchange,and the emergence of e-commerce gives birth to infinite possibilities of new economic development mode.E-commerce has become an important tool in economic development and an important means for enterprises to develop competitiveness.The innovative operation mode of e-commerce has brought new marketing channels and methods to enterprises' development,especially the rapid development of the real economy."As one of the leading green organic agricultural products,quinoa is a food crop with extremely high nutritional value,which is more nutritious and edible than most grain grains.However,due to the late introduction of quinoa in China,as a rising star in green agricultural products,there are deficiencies in cultivation,production and processing,sales and management,and quinoa products have not been well known and recognized by the majority of consumers.Quinoa industry development in our country is still in its infancy,quinoa industry operation scale has not been formed,such as quinoa industry market,some common problems on the market of the products are mainly focused on the primary food after rough machining,serious product homogeneity,the lack of high quality products,the lack of can reflect quinoa health care function of high value-added products;Backward production and processing technology and lack of mechanized equipment;The imperfect industrial standards are the obstacles to the development of quinoa industry and e-commerce operation,and the sales and operation mode of the quinoa industry urgently needs to be innovated.This paper takes the e-business operation of quinoa products of Inner Mongolia YJ biotechnology co.,LTD as the research object.Firstly,the concept,elements,model and system of e-business are fully demonstrated.The development status of China's quinoa industry and the e-commerce operation of quinoa products are analyzed.Then,taking Inner Mongolia YJ biotechnology co.,LTD as an example,the production and processing of quinoa were introduced in detail and SWOT analysis of its quinoa products was emphasized.Finally,based on the analysis results and the actual situation of the company,Suggestions are proposed for the selection of e-commerce operation mode for quinoa products of Inner Mongolia YJ company.YJ company should strengthen the construction of e-commerce operation team,and integrate online and offline platforms to ensure the smooth development of e-commerce operation mode.This study is expected to provide practical guidance for the e-commerce operation of quinoa products of Inner Mongolia YJ company and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the e-commerce operation platform of the quinoa industry.
