All round the world agricultural economy, informationization and e-commerce is an effective means to agricultural prosperity. Therefore, in order to speed up the circulation of agricultural products in our country, agricultural e-commerce became the inevitable choice of the government or a company. But, our country is faced with such a reality- agricultural e-commerce developed later than western countries, significantly ahead of theory practice.
