In recent years,China’s packaging industry has a bright future and a rapid development,and the market scale is expanding.Through statistical analysis,we know that in 2015,China’s packaging industry development funds have reached 170 billion U.s.dollars,accounting for 25% of the proportion of the world.In the past 2013-2017 years,the packaging industry has grown at an average annual rate of 20%.However,the overall size of China’s packaging industry is still small,it is precisely because of this,the packaging industry has been able to continue to collect,improve the industry concentration.In the packaging industry in foreign countries,the size of the market,the packaging industry highly concentrated,large packaging enterprises according to the requirements of customers of all in one service,including many aspects of product design,manufacturing,packaging and transportation,very good to help customers solve problems.Therefore,facing the complex packaging industry market,the integration of China’s packaging enterprises must carry out resources,and continuously expand their brand’s market share,only in this way,in order to adapt to the changing of the packaging industry market.So what kind of companies can accept market challenges and succeed? The research shows that those enterprises with high quality,high level and modern conformity with the current situation can gain a foothold in the market.ZY Industrial Co.,Ltd.is a medium-sized private packaging enterprises,in recent years the development situation is good,has a good brand and technology advantage.But relative to those large packaging enterprises,the competitiveness is still not enough.Facing the changing market,ZY Industrial Co.Ltd must give yourself a clear positioning of the enterprise to continue to develop,otherwise will eventually be eliminated by the market.This paper uses PEST,Porter’s five Forces Model,SWOT and other analysis methods,in-depth analysis and research in the development of ZY Industrial Company in the development of the present situation,the external environment,industry competition and internal environment,and other aspects,Expansion and diversification strategy have been formulated,and scientific safeguards were planned for the implementation of the development strategy,so as to promote the company to improve internal management and allocate corporate resources more effectively,thereby enhancing the sustainable development of the market competitiveness of ZY Company.This study is not only of great significance to ZY Company itself,but also provides an effective reference for the industrial packaging industry and other traditional industries.Only by recognizing the internal trouble and external invasion and formulating the development strategy in time in line with the enterprise itself can the enterprise,especially in the traditional industry,grow and expand constantly.
