Research On The Internationalization Model Of GY Insurance Company

The GY Insurance Company is a professional agricultural insurance company,and the company is in a period of strategic transformation now.With the increasing competition in the insurance market,how to find a Blue Sea market for our own development in the Red Sea market,is an urgent problem to be solved.In 2013,China's first initiative to introduce The Belt and Road in international publicity,which provided a good opportunity for Chinese enterprises to go abroad and carry out internationalization strategies.This paper sorts out the development history of Chinese and Western management studies,and analyzes GY Insurance Company in detail through the analysis of international strategic needs and the actual situation of GY Insurance Company.The company's internationalization model focuses on case analysis.Among them,the qualitative analysis method is used to discuss the model of the company's international strategic cooperation with the company's international strategic cooperation with Pakistan;the feasibility of SWOT analysis for the international strategic cooperation between the company and Pakistan;The Michael Porter diamond Model analyzes the company's international competitiveness;PEST analysis is used to analyze and assess the production and operation environment of other countries or regions.This paper aims to theoretically discuss the future internationalization model of GY Insurance Company,and analyze it in combination with the company's ongoing international business case,and use it to guide practice and create reproducible experience for the development of other institutions and even the entire insurance industry.So this study has more important practical significance.
