After a 30-year advancement, quite a number of private enterprises have finished primitive accumulation of capital, which have own brand, technology, network and become collectivization and professionalization. These private enterprises have broken through the regional boundaries, not only pursuit the development in province and domestic, but also global; they have been actively exploring of "going out", conducting international investment and international business. In 2013, president Xi brought forward the strategic conception of "One Belt and One Road Initiative", which will undoubtedly have an enormous impact on the internationalization of Zhejiang private enterprises. In addition, President Xi repeatedly laid special emphasis on the core of "One Belt and One Road Initiative", which is "Five Communication and Three Community", that is the communication of policies, facilities, trade, capital circulation, and public mind, and the community of interest, destiny and responsibility. What is the connotation of "Five Communication and Three Community" proposed by president Xi? And how will it influence the internationalization of private enterprises? Under such condition, how to deal with the problems when enterprises "go out"? How to seize the historic opportunity brought by the strategy? They become the urgent problems of Zhejiang private enterprises. Therefore, this thesis puts greatest emphasis on the opportunities and challenges of Zhejiang private enterprises' "going out" under the guidance of "One Belt and One Road Initiative".This thesis is divided into seven parts. Based on the background and significance, and from the perspectives of districts and time, the research analyzes the mechanism of the effect of "One Belt and One Road Initiative" on the "go out" of Zhejiang private enterprises. Besides, the paper points out the opportunities and challenges of private enterprises'"go out", and based on the diamond model, analyzing influencing factors of Zhejiang private enterprises "going out", from aspects of polity, cost, finance, geographical relationship, tax system factors, etc. In terms of the domestic and foreign environment, this thesis makes a detailed and deep analysis of unprecedented challenges and opportunities of Zhejiang private enterprises. This thesis selects some successful and failed cases of the private enterprise internationalization, from the perspective of international finance, comparing the difference between successful cases and failed cases, to understand the challenges and opportunities of Zhejiang private enterprises in the process of internationalization. Through the analysis of the "One Belt and One Road initiative" and the private enterprise internationalization process, combined with the case study by comparing factors in enterprise internationalization in the process. The thesis not only considers the analyzable factors as politics, cost and tax, but also takes unmeasurable factors into account, including environment of home country and policy communication, to reflect the guiding significance of "Five Communication and Three Community" on the internationalization of private enterprises. The innovation of this thesis lies in the current background of Zhejiang private enterprises penetrating in the "One Belt and One Road Initiative" strategy, and the research perspective is original. By comparing cases of both successful and failed, the thesis selected two private enterprises under the same background "One Belt and One Road initiative", in the same period, at the same location, in the same host country, and at the same level, but the result is totally different (one succeeded but one failed). On the basis of the data of enterprise which is failed to conduct a SWOT analysis. By comparing the two cases, and analyzing the specific differences between them, and learning from the lesson of the failed enterprise, the thesis proposes the guide to the internationalization of private enterprises in the future.
