At present,China's economic situation has entered a new normal,the market interest rate process has accelerated,and the conversion rate of new and old kinetic energy has accelerated.The traditional banking industry mainly uses deposit and loan spreads as its main source of income.With the development of Internet finance and the acceleration of financial disintermediation,the development of traditional banking industry is facing great challenges,and its monopoly position has also been greatly affected.Therefore,the employees working in the bank also obviously feel that the work pressure in recent years is getting bigger and bigger,and the income and welfare benefits are not increasing,so the work enthusiasm and loyalty are greatly affected.In particular,joint-stock commercial banks with performance indicators as the main assessment content have more responsibilities,greater pressure,and higher turnover rates.BH Bank is a joint-stock commercial bank established earlier in China,but in the course of its 12-year development,its development speed has lagged far behind other similar joint-stock commercial banks.Many employees have resigned from the BH Bank C branch,which has a negative impact on the branch's business performance,corporate image,employee stability and work enthusiasm.Through the writing of this thesis,in-depth analysis of the reasons for the departure of BH Bank C branch employees and the impact,to find effective measures to reduce employee turnover.Through the investigation of the human resources composition of BH Bank C Branch and the employee turnover in the past five years,this paper initially understands the age,education,working years,positions,reasons for leaving the company,and the direction of leaving the company.We can see the different characteristics of the employees who leave the branch.Through individual interviews with employees who have separated from different positions and levels,they can deeply understand the main reasons for their departure and the main feelings of their work at the branch.From the micro and individual perspectives,they study the departure of employees of the branches.At the same time,it also provides relevant materials and realistic support for the design of the post questionnaire.Then based on the information learned from individual interviews,the questionnaire was designed based on various variables in the separation model: Price-Mueller(2000)model.Further investigation and understanding of the status quo of the employees and the reasons for leaving the job in this paper should be conducted through questionnaires.The scope of the questionnaire was distributed by the on-the-job employees of BH Bank C and the retired employees of the past five years.A total of 122 questionnaires were issued and collected.According to the conclusion of the questionnaire,this paper studies the impact of each variable on employee satisfaction and turnover intention through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and then combines the content of individual interviews with the status of the branches that have been learned.The main reasons affecting employee turnover include external factors,work pressure,salary,personnel training,and corporate culture.Due to the frequent departure of employees,the employees' work enthusiasm,corporate image,and daily work have been affected.Therefore,after analyzing the main reasons that affect employee turnover,we will find targeted solutions.Finally,based on the conclusions of individual interviews and questionnaires and the main reasons for the departure of BH Bank C employees,the company proposes innovative business models,improves performance appraisal and compensation management systems,attaches importance to manpower planning,adjusts training systems,strengthens corporate culture,and strengthens Targeted countermeasures such as humanized management provide certain theoretical guidance and suggestions for the sustainable development of BH Bank C Branch.However,due to the lack of academic level of the author,the research on the theory is not deep enough,which may lead to insufficient and comprehensive analysis of the causes,and the proposed countermeasures are not comprehensive enough and the operability is not strong.
