Research On Intelligent Manufacturing Oriented Construction Of Skilled Talent Team System For SK Enterprise

With the rapid development of information technology,an new generation of industrial revolution led by intelligent manufacturing is increasingly making great significance on people's daily life and production.How to seize the commanding heights of intelligent manufacturing,gain competitive advantages,and gradually industrialize intelligent manufacturing has also been drawn worldwide attention from researchers.Under such circumstances,having a team of mature and skilled talents who can adapt to the trend of intelligent manufacturing,is the key factor for the successful application of intelligent manufacturing in the aviation manufacturing industry.As a strategic solution for manufacturing enterprises to cultivate skilled talents of intelligent manufacturing and maintain core competitiveness,it is a consensus for aviation manufacturing enterprises to build a system of the skilled talents team and to improve the skill level of skilled talents.Moreover,it is significant to exploit and explore how to build a system of the skilled talents team for SK enterprise which is a representative in domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises,because it is helpful to enrich the training mode of skilled talents in domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises.The exploration is based on the advanced experience of domestic and international enterprises.In this paper,author reviewed the relevant literature to further study the idea and architecture of the system for skilled talents team.Based on the impact of intelligent manufacturing on the requirement of building a system for the skilled talents team,we demonstrate the current status of aviation manufacturing enterprises to analyze the challenges of building a system of the skilled talent team for SK enterprise.We further discuss the challenges of cultivating the skilled talents.According to the new requirements of aeronautical manufacturing enterprises for the construction of skilled talents,this paper innovatively proposes "124 system" framework of skilled talents construction in SK enterprises from the aspects of selection,utilization,education and retention.Skilled personnel team system in SK enterprises is constructed.Two cornerstones are the training model of new entry skilled personnel and the competency model of skilled personnel.Through the establishment three-dimensional learning model and knowledge,Engineering management,production standardization and team model training,are the four pillars of skilled personnel training mode,and ultimately achieve the goal of professional skilled personnel echelon construction.At the same time,SK enterprises should set up a guarantee system for skilled personnel,and solve the problem of skilled personnel training under the trend of intelligent manufacturing by taking measures and means such as broadening the width and breadth of professional channels of skilled personnel.carrying out talent selection and recruitment and internal job-hanging mode,innovating incentive mechanism,improving the demand guarantee system of talents and building a people-oriented cultural soft environment.Practical problems.Through the research on SK enterprise's skilled personnel construction,the new ideas and methods of building skilled personnel team system in aeronautical manufacturing enterprises facing the trend of intelligent manufacturing are refined,and put into practice to effectively enhance the skilled personnel ability,so as to meet the needs of Intelligent Manufacturing in aviation manufacturing industry,realize the growth of skilled personnel and the purpose of enterprise development.The analysis and research of this paper combine the advanced theory at home and abroad and the actual situation at home and abroad,and put forward the idea of building the intelligent talents team system of aviation manufacturing enterprises under the trend of intelligent manufacturing.It provides a new system and model for the construction of the intelligent manufacturing skilled talent team system of aviation manufacturing enterprises in China,and helps to improve the skilled talents system of aviation manufacturing enterprises.Especially in view of the characteristics of state-owned enterprises,we should combine the construction of humanistic soft environment and the cultivation of people-oriented enterprise culture with the cultivation of skilled personnel,highlighting the interdependence between the use and retention of skilled personnel,which has certain innovative and referential significance.
