Opportunity Maintenance Of Serial System Considering Spare Parts And Human Resource

Reasonable and timely maintenance for production equipment is necessary to ensure continuous and stable production ability,and maintenance resources will affect the implementation of equipment maintenance activities as well as its ultimate effect.Therefore,considering the limit of maintenance resources when making decision of production system maintenance during the production process,can not only ensure the reliability of equipment meet production requirements,but also to guide enterprises to allocate the resources reasonably and effectively,which will lead to sustainable development as well as economic benefits increase.Therefore,this article carried out study on the decision of opportunity maintenance considering maintenance resources limitation for serial system.In this study,we divided maintenance resources into the human resource and the spare parts,then we conducted modeling analysis for these two kinds of resources to discuss its interaction with opportunity maintenance of serial system.First,we introduced human resource cost into an opportunity maintenance model of serial system,and set additional opportunity maintenance decision caused by human resources movements to effectively share the cost,to find the equipment maintenance threshold and maintenance plan to minimize the total maintenance cost within a limited time interval.Secondly,we introduced in spare parts inventory factors and adopted(s,S)inventory policy,then we solved the model to find the optimal equipment maintenance threshold and spare parts inventory policy to minimize the maintenance cost within a finite time interval.Finally,we studied the joint decision of maintenance plan and the resources allocation for serial product system in order to optimize the overall maintenance cost,to analyze how will human resources and spare parts affect serial system opportunity maintenance.The decision model of equipment maintenance considering maintenance resources limitation in this paper,can be used as reference to daily maintenance and resource allocation decisions,to help enterprises ensure equipment reliability,improve production efficiency and economic benefits.
