On the fortieth anniversary of reform and opening-up,JJ Hotel has also entered the twenty-sixth year of development.It has been confronted with risks and challenges in the development of tourism hotel industry,complex and changeable government policies and macroeconomic environment,as well as the influence of Internet technology,capital strength and cross-border enterprises,which has endowed the JJ Hotel with a new mission and requirement as a national brand,and the development process of the enterprise has also advanced.It has entered a new stage.Under the guidance of the strategy of "deep cultivation of domestic,global layout and transnational operation",JJ Hotel has rapidly expanded the scale of enterprises and seized market share by means of continuous mergers and acquisitions,and has jumped into the largest comprehensive scale of high,medium and low-end series of landmark hotels in China,becoming the leader of the domestic private economy hotel industry.Therefore,the rapid development process of JJ hotel has guiding significance not only to the development of hotel industry but also to the development of other enterprises in our country.However,the final expansion results and performance level of JJ hotel have not been systematically analyzed.The traditional performance evaluation system in our country is based on net profit.Enterprise profit is the result of matching enterprise income and cost in a specific time.It is the basic reference for evaluating the operation status of enterprises.However,profit is not the only important factor to evaluate the comprehensive performance level of enterprises.Enterprise performance is the unity of strategic planning and management system.The traditional performance evaluation system in China can not completely evaluate the business results and business performance of enterprises,but will distort the performance status of enterprises.In this passage,by introducing the four-dimensional theory of balanced scorecard,starting from the actual operation of JJ hotel,the development needs of hotel service industry are analyzed pertinently,and a reasonable,accurate and effective evaluation system is formed.The production and operation capabilities and development directions of enterprises at different stages are analyzed comprehensively,so as to make up for the deficiencies of traditional performance level and give full play to the advantages of AHP hierarchy,and according to its importance.The degree is scored subjectively,and the data is scored objectively by the method of entropy,so the performance level score can be obtained by synthesizing the weight.Finally,through the hotel Application Research of JJ hotel,summarizes the shortcomings,puts forward the guidance with strategic layout significance,strengthens the relationship between staff and management,strengthens the incentive and feedback mechanism,improves the attention to performance level,guides the strategic development direction,and provides a reference basis for other industries to carry out performance evaluation.
