Research On The Relationship Between Rural Tourism Perception And Sustainable Development From The Perspective Of Residents

In the past 20 years,under the dual promotion of policy and market,our country relies on the beautiful natural resources and unique folk culture to develop rural tourism and achieve rapid improvement of the rural economy.However,it has also been exposed at the same time.A series of contradictions and problems have restricted the sustainable development of rural tourism.As an important interest in the development of rural tourism,rural tourist destinations are one of the important factors affecting the sustainable development of rural tourism,and also an important starting point for studying the sustainable development of rural tourism.This paper uses empirical research methods to study the relationship between the residents of rural tourism communities and the impact of perceived behavior and sustainable tourism development in Shijiaping Village and Mudixi Village in Zhangjiajie City.The relationship has led to the following research results:(1)In the early stage of tourism development,most of the impacts of community residents on tourism development are positively evaluated due to significant benefits such as economic benefits,environmental improvement,and infrastructure upgrading;The level of participation and income of residents in the tourism industry will directly affect their perception,evaluation and support for tourism;(3)Resident perception determines the willingness of rural communities to support tourism development,especially economic and environmental aspects.Perception has the most significant impact on the sustainable development of rural tourism.Based on the results of empirical analysis,from the perspective of community residents,this study proposes the enlightenment and suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism: sustainable tourism must be supported by community participation,and on the other hand,the community participation mechanism should be improved.The labor value and asset value of community residents increase the income of community residents;on the other hand,improve the distribution mechanism of interests and promote the coordinated development of rural tourism stakeholders.Finally,the development of rural tourism should be based on scientific and comprehensive development planning,and build a new model of urban-rural linkage development,integration development,and sharing of reciprocity.
