Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Land Circulation Willingness In Rural Tourism Development

In recent years,with the rapid development of rural tourism,the demand of land has increased continually and bottlenecks in land supply are obvious.Land circulation has quietly risen in practice,which can alleviate the contradiction of supply and demand without changing the land ownership.However,as the business subject of farmland,farmers' willingness has a great impact on the efficient promotion of land circulation and the carry-out of tourism project.Therefore,study on the influence factors of households' land circulation willingness in rural tourism development,which will increase farmers' willingness on it and promote land circulation in practice.Based on the literature and theoretical analysis,this paper constructs an analysis framework for the influence factors of farmers' land circulation willingness during the development of rural tourism.Using semi-structured interviews,questionnaires and logistic regression models,this paper empirically analyzes the farmers' desire in rural tourism land transfer and its influencing factors in three villages of the northern Henan.On the basis of the analysis,this paper sums up the particularity and puts forward some suggestions to improve farmers' desire about land circulation.The main conclusions are as follows:Farmers' willingness of rural tourism land transfer is generally higher and inward willingness exceeds outward in three villages of the northern Henan.Positive/negative perception of tourism impact significantly affects farmers' willingness of inward and outward land rural tourism orientation circulation.Other factors that affect farmers' willingness of land outflow are land transfer intermediary organizations,annual household income,education level,the signing of the land transfer contract,and the negative tourism impact perception is the largest influence factor.Family age structure,land transfer price and land transfer contract are several other factors that affect farmers' willingness of land inflow,and positive tourism impact perception has the biggest influence.There are some aspects that highlight the particularity in the influencing factors of land rural tourism orientation circulation,such as the leading role of tourism impact perception,willingness awakening of women about land circulation,formation of the recognition about land appreciation,the seasonality of rural tourism and the high requirements of business start-ups.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes policy suggestions from three levels including rural tourism development,land transfer market regulation and farmers' developing ability training,such as increasing the participation breadth and depth of female residents in rural tourism destinations,cultivating land transfer intermediary organizations,promoting efficiency of land circulation markets,improving farmers' education and strengthening vocational training for them.
