Improving The Research On Countermeasures For My Country's Sharing Economy Supervision

Under the background of the rapid development of the Internet,the modern sharing economy model,which gains economic benefits by integrating idle resources,has gradually entered people's vision and shown explosive growth.The vigorous development of sharing economy provides various conveniences for people's production and life.However,at the same time,the sharing economy also has many problems behind its rapid development,such as uneconomic scale,waste of resources and infringement of consumers' legitimate rights and interests.The current regulatory system has its shortcomings,coupled with weak implementation,leading to market chaos in some industries of the sharing economy,sharing economy regulatory countermeasures research is still a long way to go.Therefore,based on the domestic and foreign experience,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the sharing economy supervision,and provides optimization Suggestions for the sharing economy supervision,so as to create a healthy and stable development environment for the sharing economy,and thus form a "win-win" situation for society,industry and individuals.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the concept and connotation of sharing economy,including meaning,elements and characteristics,types and development process.This paper summarizes the theoretical knowledge on the basis of the sharing economy regulation,expounds the three theories of public interest theory,competitive market theory and incentive regulation theory,and provides theoretical basis for the study of the sharing economy regulation.Then,it analyzes the current situation of China's sharing economy development and regulation,elaborates on the main fields,scale and development trend involved,and highlights the booming development of such sharing vehicles as online ride-hailing and Shared bicycles in China,and gives readers intuitive feelings by using data and literature materials.Analysis of the problems existing in the Shared economic regulation in our country at the same time,using a large number of examples analysis pointed out that the government in the Shared economic supervision still exist in the credit system is imperfect,regulatory model curing a single,lack of information security regulation,scale economy and the resources waste,innovation and development is conditioned by policies and other issues,it provides China Shared economic regulation countermeasure research research direction and realistic significance.Finally,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the sharing economy supervision in our country.Based on theoretical research and typical case analysis,the existing problems in China's sharing economy regulation are summarized in combination with the previous article,we generalize the regulation problems of Sharing economy.From improving the sharing economy law system,strengthening the city governance of sharing economy,and optimizing the sharing economy regulation model thethree aspects,we propose China's sharing economy regulation research and put forward specific measures.
