With the continuous development and progress of social economy,science and technology and management thinking,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to win the war without smoke,the core competitiveness of enterprises is particularly important.The core competitiveness is generally achieved through science and technology,while the innovation of science and technology needs professional technical talent to achieve.Technology talents possess advanced scientific and technological knowledge,master professional scientific and technological skills,and can create value for enterprises through their own science and technology.So,technical talents have become a kind of capital,which makes enterprises flock to them.However,as a company,it is not only necessary to attract excellent technical talents,but more importantly,it must fully explore and utilize the human capital value of technical talents through scientific human resource management methods.At the same time,faced with internal and external problems,but also to prevent the loss of technology-based brain drain.How to effectively prevent brain drain and reduce the loss of human capital has become a major subject of human resource management in Chinese enterprises.The loss of technical talents means the loss of human capital,which will have a great impact on the survival and development of enterprises.Based on TH company of state-owned enterprises as the research object,using the theory of human resources management,the related literature at home and abroad,the research on technology talents through TH company interview survey,and combining the relevant human data,analyzing the present situation and problems of the loss of technical talents of TH company,and from the internal factors,external factors and personal factors three aspects analyze the reasons of the loss of skilled talents.Finally,according to these specific reasons designed a set of plans to prevent brain drain.This paper aims to effectively solve the practical problem of technical brain drain in TH company,and also hopes to serve as a reference for other enterprises with similar problems.
