With the rapid development of social economy and the gradual integration of traditional culture into the current work and life,the study of localized management attracts more and more scholars,and the majority of researchers have focused on the study of unique Oriental management concepts in line with China's national conditions.The doctrine of the mean,first advocated by Confucius,is one of the classical representatives of China's traditional culture.In management theory,the Zhongyong mean is mainly studied as a way of thinking or action orientation.Although the doctrine of the mean thinking is refined from the doctrine of the mean thought,and has been gradually integrated into the value of the current social norms,but there are still differences with the traditional culture of the golden mean.In the management concept of the the golden mean,the doctrine of the individual mainly emphasizes a dynamic balance,which requires making decisions according to the specific situation in a timely manner,without going to extremes,and thinking from multiple perspectives,so as to finally achieve the harmonious state of the organizational environment.The emergence and development of the doctrine of the mean has a strong enlightening effect on the contemporary management concept.At the same time,the literature research shows that the harmonious state is an ideal state pursued by both leaders and employees in an organization,and organizational harmony is often accompanied by the improvement of performance,innovation and other abilities.However,in an organization,although members can clearly realize that their active behavior has an extremely obvious positive effect on both the organization and individuals,they still cannot make employees increase their active behavior spontaneously.Therefore,the relationship between organizational harmony and employee initiative behavior deserves further study.This study selected from xinjiang,hebei,shandong,henan and other places of the 387 employees in small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object,through literature research,according to local management put forward the concept of the doctrine of the mean thought,explore employee the golden mean on its active behavior,and explore its influence,from the perspective of organizational harmony set traditional as situational variables at the same time,study its regulatory role.This study takes the employee's mean thinking as an independent variable,defines and summarizes the concept of the mean thinking,discusses and analyzes the mechanism of the employee's mean thinking on organizational harmony and the employee's active behavior in theory.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between employees' the golden mean and their active behaviors.The employee's the golden mean affects the employee's active behavior by affecting the organizational harmony.However,tradition has a negative impact on the relationship between organizational harmony and employee initiative.This study based on the theory of zhongyong rationality and achievement motivation theory,examines the behavior mechanism of action of active employees the doctrine of the mean thought to employee,enrich the theory of existing research,shows the importance of the doctrine of the mean thought,highlights the doctrine of the mean thought and the behavior of the meaning of organization development,and through the study of organizational harmony increased active behavior of antecedent research,expand the explanation path between the variables.
