Study On The Improvement Of Agricultural Mechanization Level In Henan Province

Agricultural machinery is the foundation of modern agricultural development,and agricultural mechanization is the symbol of realizing agricultural modernization.Since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC,China has always attached great importance to the development of agricultural mechanization.13 consecutive documents of the Central Committee have mentioned that it is necessary to speed up the promotion of agricultural mechanization,which points out the direction for the development of agricultural mechanization.The 19 th CPC National Congress put forward "implementing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside" and wrote it into the Party Constitution as one of the seven major strategies for promoting the revitalization of the countryside,and realizing the modernization of agriculture and speeding up the pace of agricultural mechanization.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop agricultural mechanization at present.This paper first analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of agricultural mechanization level in Henan Province.At the same time,this paper selects the relevant data about agricultural mechanization from 2007 to 2016,constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural mechanization level and evaluates the agricultural mechanization level of Henan Province by using AHP.The total score and related conclusions of agricultural mechanization level in Henan Province are drawn.Then it summarizes the problems existing in the development of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province,and finally studies how to improve the level of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the realization of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province.The results show that the current level of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province is in the middle level of the whole country,and the total amount of agricultural machinery in Henan Province has been increasing in the past ten years.Moreover,the scale of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province continues to expand.,and the financial investment in agricultural machinery is increasing.The weakness of the development of local agricultural mechanization has been improved rapidly,and the popularization and application of technology has reached a new level.The income level of farmers,the rationality of the price of agricultural machinery,the scale of land management and the degree of government subsidy are the main factors affecting the development of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province.Through the analysis of the score of agricultural mechanization level in Henan Province,it is found that the development of agricultural machinery is unbalanced in regional development,and the problem of agricultural machinery operation level and agricultural machinery equipment is prominent and the government support is small,also including R & D and maintenance issues.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of promoting the coordinated development of regional agricultural mechanization,and guiding the optimization of agricultural machinery and equipment structure,increasing government support,strengthening the training of rural basic education and agricultural machinery practitioners and speeding up the scientific research and innovation of agricultural machinery and equipment.
