Traditional Chinese medicine industry has become a new bright spot of economic growth in Shandong Province,but there are broken and isolated rings in the chain of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Distributed management leads to the loss of sharing benefits and sharing risks.The typical cases of vertical marketing system model of traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed,and the mechanism,difference,commonality and adaptability of different models of vertical marketing system of traditional Chinese medicine are studied,which is conducive to helping enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine industry to compress.Cost space to promote the diversified development of traditional Chinese medicine agriculture.The vertical marketing system of Shando ng traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into ownership,management and contract.The typical cases of these three modes in the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry are ownership-Lunan Pharmaceutical Group,management-Shandong Hongjitang,contract-Shandong Minrui Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Co.,Ltd.Three cases reflect the development of different modes in the vertical marketing system of traditional Chinese medicine.Exhibition features.The vertical marketing system of traditional Chinese medicine realizes the cooperation and circulation within the industry,extends the industrial chain,widens the channels of industrial marketing,optimizes the allocation of resources,and promotes the transformation of business mode.However,due to the differences in search and information cost,bargaining and decision-making cost,supervision and execution cost,and the different strength of Chinese medicine enterprises in terms of capital and technology,Chinese medicine enterprises should choose the appropriate vertical marketing system model of Chinese medicine based on their own situation.For the enterprises with strong comprehensive strength and management ability,we should encourage them to try the ownership mode,merger and acquisition,and change the ownership mode,and explore the mode of commercial enterprises leading the integration of traditional Chinese medicine planting and acquisition.Enhance competition by enhancing access requirements of small and medium-sized companies,generate large-scale Chinese medicine commercial companies,enhance industry concentration,and independently accelerate contractual development.At the same time,make the members of upstream and downstream sectors gain benefits through economies of scale,bargaining power and reducing duplicate services,and promote the diversified development of Chinese medicine agriculture.
